the garden greener
so you see it sing

this is where I was bitten

truth, fact and action pointedly
all smaller than you'll see

and now steps must be taken

rarely in the face-to-face
but shimmied up away

once I was a turn around
all the day came with
wings to track
the low ones watched as well

could you call that voice a calling?

something under all attention
guessed the way I'd go

I came by way of observation
and courage, I went on
knew one day

time was there
time was there all along

and sometimes
when a sun strikes out
you'll take a thing as shown
